Money has gone missing in the post, had to wait a week for them to claim from Royal Mail and now another 6 to 8 weeks for the investigation, meanwhile I have no spending money for a holiday I may not be able to go on. Do Not Use this company

Ordered travel money next day collection did not arrive at PostOffice I'm travelling first thing the next day,ring to ask what had happened and if I could therefore have a refund the person who answered my call told me that it would take 3 to 5 days to go in my account????? WHAT!!!! so they have had my holiday money and I'm sat abroad with nothing unacceptable!!!

Appalling! Had to verify identity by email and they would not accept photos even though these were perfectly clear when sent. This must be the only organisation which doesn't accept documents verified by the post office even though its a POST OFFICE SERVICE!
