        So Ive just come out of Ross Poole and had a cry in my car. I am honestly so upset and feel theyve completely ruined my eyebrows. I clearly asked for them to be cleaned NOT shaped, however shes given me pencil thin arched brows that I did not ask for. I have never had my brows thin before, they were always thick. I will never come back again and advise against getting your brows done here. I am expecting them to respond to this and somehow suggest I am lying or I wasnt clear enough with what I wanted, which is not true! To add to this, the skin on my face is burnt, extremely sore, and it is peeling and scabbing after having a wax. This is likely to leave permanent scarring, it has been 5 days and I still have open wounds on my face. I have been using wax for the past 10 years and have NEVER experienced this before. I have already discussed this with my solicitor and will be taking legal action. Service: Body waxing

        Fianc received some waxing treatment which left burn marks on her face just before our engagement. when speaking to staff and management who were very dismissive about the severity of the issue and failed to even provide and adequate resolution. Currently seeking legal advice from my solicter for compensation. Service: Body waxing
