Parking available out the front good food in the cafe/restaurant and a good choice of items in the main shop for most of your needs.. the coffee is very good

My wife and I have been a regular user when we are at our cottage and we are always delighted with the level of customer service received. That changed today - arrived c3pm to pick up some logs and other items. Entering the store, I did not see any logs outside but no issues, one of the team always grabs some extra logs from the store without any issues. Unfortunately the lady serving today didn't want to help. She advised if there was no logs outside, then she can't get any as she's the only one serving.... she really looked like she didn't want to help in any way. I advised I really needed some logs and was happy to wait, even wait outside if she has to close the door to check but she was adamant that she couldn't help me. A completely wasted journey and rude customer service - not what my wife and I have been used to. This particular staff member needs a refresher course on 'customer service' - extremely poor - such a shame.
