        Had an amazing morning on the River Wye today with Karen and Craig, and a lovely group of fellow SUPers. As a very nervous beginner myself I can't believe how much this session has built my confidence, thanks to the fantastic - and very patient - coaching from both instructors. We covered 5 miles, saw kingfishers, herons, egrets and more, Goodrich castle and autumn colours. Can't wait to go out on the water with Karen again. Thank you so much.

        I did the 2hr SUP Beginner session, September '22. It was an absolute blast, highly recommended. A fantastic way to be introduced to paddle boarding. Knowledgeable, passionate and patient instructor. The session covered all the essentials and was fun to boot. Give it a go!

        Had a fantastic time doing the SUP Beginners Skills, Karen and Emma were great instructors and made it a whole lot of fun. Already booked for the beginners tour. Couldn't recommend them enough

        Had the most serene morning paddle boarding on the Wye with PBA. So beneficial to have an experienced guide to support with understanding the river and SUP safety. Definitely a must.
