        We had the river to ourselves for a 3/4 day trip on a lovely October day. Stuart was informative and helpful. The day ended far too soon. A very relaxing company to engage with.

        Been using this company for years and Ive always had some drama in one way or another. The staff are fine enough but the owners are so rude and condescending. Ive canoed all over the world and have lots of experience but the owners (2 chaps in particular) always talk down to you. Makes you wonder if they really enjoy what they do. Spoke to someone on the phone today regarding a large group and they were really lacking local knowledge and were very unaccommodating, making numerous contradictory statements along the way. Unfortunately google keeps recommending this awful company and being so few canoeing places on the river I keep having to deal with them. Change of management required or humble pie.
