My mother-in-law had a chiming clock given to her for her silver wedding anniversary nearly 50 years ago. Unfortunately, the spring snapped and she was so upset. We tried several places near us to get it fixed but it seems most professionals didnt want to know, quoting ridiculous prices and informing us that they had very long waiting lists. She couldnt afford the sort of money they wanted to charge and obviously, at 95, we werent sure that we could wait the 18 months that we were quoted either. She didnt want to be without her clock for that long. We found Mark at Just a tick online. We met him and were very impressed with his professionalism and friendly, helpful attitude. He was waiting to go into hospital, so warned us that it might be longer than usual. However, no only did he manage to fix the clock within a couple of weeks, whilst having his op, he charged an extremely reasonable fee. Were so grateful. Mum in law is absolutely thrilled. Shes on her own and she loves the chiming of the clock. She claims that she feels less lonely! Thank you Mark. Youre an gem!
