We were really pleased with the work of S1 Builders. We needed a tricky little brickwork repair job round some live electric cables. Stefan was always quick to respond, kept us up to date on progress and provided a fair price. Wed definitely recommend them and would have no hesitation using again.

Very glad I found S1 Builders Norfolk online; I have used them several times now at my cottage for heating, insulation and drainage works. Communication from Stefan is excellent throughout, replies and attendance are always swift, everything is fully explained and care taken to find the best solution. He and his professional and friendly team have gone above and beyond to make sure I am happy with the end result. Will remain my go-to company for the future. Highly recommended.

Having had a poor experience with two sets of builders and a dreadful experience with a third when renovating our last house in Sussex, it was with some trepidation that we hired S1 Builders to remove a large chimney breast from the kitchen and the room above it in our new house in Norfolk. But our experience with Stefan and his team was so different: They turned up on time. They said 8.00. to 8.30. and every morning they were here by 8.10. and ready to start work They put in a full days work, never leaving before 4.30. and, on two occasions, staying later than that They were pleasant and friendly but got on with the work and didnt waste my time talking about themselves, their families or the films they'd seen They worked methodically and were meticulous about keeping the area clean. Every day before they left I was told what theyd done and what they planned to do the following day The standard of work was high and we were consulted throughout the process. They allowed two weeks for the work and finished a day early. Stefan, please clone yourself and your team Sussex needs you!"
