A friendly store but they need more staff. The staff work hard there but could probably do with some more help, which in turn will help reduce the queues to pay. They also need a bigger gluten free section. Out of nowhere a Costa Coffee machine has appeared I saw today! Your a local supermarket not a coffee shop! Get the basics right first!

Live local & always thought store well run & staff friendly. However, since they've started providing a Deliveroo service it has become very frustating. Queue up, start being served only for delivery drivers to walk in and thrust a phone between me and the staff. They then stop serving me and deal with the collection. Happens nearly every time and sometimes twice when at the counter. Really not good customer service and bloody rude.

This is a very good Sainsburys and better than the big Sainsburys at Bell Green in that the stock levels are always excellent. Great, high quality range of foods. Friendly and attentive staff.

One of the best Supermarkets in the UK.. You get daily essentials, cloths, luxury products, grocery everything..

You don't have to wear face masks in the shop, as the staff doesn't mind you not wearing them. It's a covid 19 hot spot
