Mad Dough

I ordered with mad dough through deliveroo. After an hour and a half I was still waiting for my order so I called the restaurant and was gaslighted by the staff saying they had delivered the order, knocked on my door and that there was no answer They were unprepared to accept that I had been sitting by the door all evening and the delivery driver must have gone to the wrong address. They refused to make it right or even apologise for their mistake. No refund was issued. I used to order from mad dough regularly and it's a shame I had this experience. But ordering from mad dough is a risk.

Best pizza we had in South East London so far! Ordered on their website with free delivery arrived on time and absolutely lovely pizza, the flavours and the fresh ingredients!! Dietary restrictions: Gluten free option base

I ordered off Deliveroo, the approximate delivery time was 30 mins and was the reason I ordered from here as my usual spot was an hr wait, but after ordering I realised how far away it was and had my doubts, as it turns out I was still waiting 2 hrs later, to make matters worse they weren't answering their phone and have no tracking so i was in absolute darkness and not able to ask them to cancel it. Difficult to comment on pizza as it was cold when it arrived and i was so angry. Don't list as being able to deliver to SE5, do answer your phone, do sign up to the terms and conditions of deliveroo. Really poor customer service all round
