        Had eye test in November, went back in December explained my sight was deteriorating. Had test at Woodfall bought lenses elsewhere. Was told "go back to the people you bought the lenses from..." obviously other company must be a dirty word. Long story short was fast tracked to have eye surgery last Thursday. Nothing to discuss. I've had to pay 25 to "those people" for another eye test, could all have been avoided. In this day and age where everything is so expensive what is so wrong with buying lenses from another company half the price of Woodfall. Sheer arrogance from the owner.
