        The lock for my front door broke last night and I called CKB out of hour phone number ending in 8618 and the phone line was disconnected. I was outside for over 2 hours calling before I called a locksmith. They then told me I shouldve taken a video of the lock being broken and I have to cover the cost. Lol they are a joke. Ive been with them for around a year and my boiler still doesnt work and make noises all hours of the day and now this. The staff are rude and childish especially Luis property management who doesnt seem to manage anything other than hurt feelings. If I could give 0 stars I would.
