We have recently used Pedder to sell our property for our first ever house move after living in the same house for over 50 years. We received excellent service from Natasha, Ben and the team from the first visit up to completion. They explained the process throughout, kept in regular contact and were extremely empathetic and helpful when my husband was in hospital for two months of the process and I was dealing with everything by myself. We would definitely recommend.

Had a lot of issues with the agent at this office. Throughout our purchase process there was a lack of transparency, a lack of ownership of mistakes made on their part or by the vendors (more often gaslighting us and painting us as the ones in the wrong), and a complete breakdown in communication throughout price negotiations and when there were issues further up the chain. The former of these actually led us to pull our offer and so the vendors ended up with a lower price. It felt as though a lot of the issues we faced might have been caught earlier had there been more transparency and responsibility on the agent's part. I hope they learn from the mistakes made here to avoid a similar experience with other potential buyers.

We live in London for 6 years, and Ben is the best estate agent that we have ever met in London. We were the first time buyers, and Ben made this challenging process super smooth for us. We could reach Ben whenever we needed. Ben worked very hard to enable the communication between us, the sellers, our solicitor, and the sellers solicitor, even though this was not Bens responsibility. We cannot thank Ben enough.
