        The Staff are super rude, always unhelpful and that is including the owner.

        Unfortunately I have mostly experienced unhelpful and disinterested staff who do not offer useful answers or suggestions to customer queries. I've been a retail assistant and I know what good customer service is. SadlyI have not yet experienced it here although the range of products sold is great.

        This is a great shop, lots of beautiful produce (teas, seeds, vegan, ..) one cant find anywhere else on Sydenham Highstreet. I have been coming to the shop for some time and always a nice experience (bit puzzled by negative comments here esp about service?!), the staff have been very helpful.
