Highly recommend attending one of Traceys classes. Her Buttercream Masterclass left me feeling confident to take away the lessons I learnt and apply them to my own bakes. Tracey is a brilliant teacher - patient, knowledgeable and encouraging. She also left us with plenty of tips that you otherwise wouldnt learn/know about it not for this class. Cant wait to try out my newfound skills and attend more classes in the near future.

Tracey's cake decorating class was absolutely amazing, her love for the craft was positively contagious. The tips and tricks of the trade were very helpful. Thank you for allowing me to fall in love with my craft again and for meeting a likeminded cake decorator. I will definitely be back for more.....

Firstly I would like to thank Tracey for a valuable learning experience. I approached the lesson feeling awkward, hesitant and fearful. However, I walked away excited and ready to take on future projects! Her lesson instilled me with confidence. I learned techniques which I just couldn't master previously for the life of me. I am looking forward to booking another 1:1 lesson... Need to learn how to make those stunning flowers!!!! Thank you so so much Tracey.
