        Asked for my tyre to be changed and the young guy used a wrench and eventually broke what I later learnt was the locking nut, I complained and was told to come back the following day to see their man who could sort it, he didn't turn up and he didn't turn up for the next appointment either, the owner who was previously quite pleasant just said there's nothing he can do which leaves me with a 200+ bill as I have to get someone to drill out the broken metal rod and weld a new nut and I don't even know if the locking nut will fit, not happy at all, I just wanted them to sort the problem, didn't want to come online and complain!
