Amazing company, they never fail to handle my matters with professionalism, efficiency and quality. I've had two matters with them, one legal aid and one private and they got the exact result i wanted. I'm so lucky I passed this place once while at the Nandos and it was the best thing to ever happen to me. They were polite, respectful and my caseworker always replied QUICKLY, (that is one thing I value very strongly). It even made me want to work in a place like this. Wonderful establishment

I recommend RSO Solicitors, if it were not for them I might be homeless right now. They represented me very well, the advice and support they have given me through this ordeal have been immensely helpful. Thank you Ms Stephanie Ahouman, Ms Helen Odele and Miss Syon Halls! Through their determination to prevent the injustice of organisational abuse, RSO were able to expose the incompetence and corruptions of an organisation seeking to discredit me so they wouldn't have to face up to their failures to safeguard me as a tenant. My housing association sought to make me another sad statistic, but through RSO's representation I have gone from victim to victor!

I 63 years old, disabled, mostly housebound. I have had antisocial behaviour case with a neighbour for 12 months. My housing association done nothing, pure maladministration by housing !! My case was given to a trainee solicitor, she only works 3 days a week. The emails sent to me are more like debit recovery letters/emails. Full on attitude from staff, cant be brothered to talk to you because your not a paying customer! Poor value, poor quality and unprofessional!! Company thinks money, money money!!!! I am on legal aid but was quoted private fees if I want to take action against my housing association, they even offered me concession fees. 100% RIP OFF!! I checked and done some groundwork! My housing association issues would come under legal aid!! The company bully clients, rude to clients, if you are on legal aid your worth nothing to this company!! They got FIRED !!!
