Terrible customer service! The repair team that is, abrupt and rude and really couldn't give any information regarding as to when the job would be done...do they think that Hexagon Tennant's sit around all day? Majority of us work and have to book time off just as they would have to! I'm disgusted with this new company.

Sadly, I have to review Hexagon as a one star, although some of the staff try so hard and are lovely as a housing association they have so many internal breakdowns in their procedure that makes it getting any repair work done or remedial work done almost impossible. We have many people in our flats who have been without hot water and heating for months and years. The housing association its self is just a total shambles and so is its complaints procedures. They dont do anything they say they dont follow any of the procedures or policies, and then you end up, fighting them just to get them to follow their own policies. Nobody knows what theyre doing if anything goes wrong, youll be fighting and fighting and fighting and struggling the staff just end up leaving

Terrible Landlords Families left without hot water and heating for over a month now and still nothing. Just a lot of lies being told
