Wells Park Practice

Have been with the surgery over 6 years and they have been great. Despite so many negative comments, I have to disagree. The medical staff have been lovely. Some of the admin staff could do with slightly better attitude, but I think they are better if you just chat to them. Ive seen they get a lot of difficult customers (probably daily) which is tough and unnecessary to deal with. Ive always had the referrals I needed and when pregnant I was incredibly well looked after. My child got appointments on the day if needed as babies get priority if anythings up. I would recommend this surgery and wish them all well.

I'm a strong supporter of the NHS; it has saved my life and I am thankful for it daily. The administration of this practice is quite poor, and getting an appointment is exceedingly difficult. They are clearly understaffed and under-resourced.

This place should be close. They never have available appointments and it look like no one knows what is going on.

Only place that makes you rush down for an appointment then keep you waiting over an hour as I'd you have nothing to do. An emergency appointments exactly that. Then the poor student nurse has to deal with irate patient. Even more frustrating is watching then turn people away who are just a few minutes late. This is the standard norm for this place. If you have a choice of surgery choose somewhere else. No joke. There's not enough good nurses or doctors here to justify the waiting. The few good nurses that are there are great. They communicate and engage with you even when your just waiting.
