What a wonderful little dry cleaners this is! They do such a good & thorough job & their service is outstanding. We are so lucky in sydenham to have such a brilliant array of superb local businesses. I will start saying that, their memory issue cost me 110. It is obvious by all the reviews they are an amazing dry clear (they are!) but tailoring service is not that great. I left my wedding skirt the on Monday, said we needed back by Friday that week. They charged me 70 to take the top tulle layer and take 10cm from length. On Friday the same week (thank God the wedding was on the following Friday) I popped in with my ticket and... The skirt was under the counter intact. The FORGOT to do the service on it. They only apologized, I said it was ok, they told me it would be ready on Tuesday (this week). I left the skirt, my partner went beck to pick up on Tuesday. It was nice done, however, they never took the 10 cm length. I called and said: ''look, the service is not done, you just did one of things we suppose to do'' He was really nice and told me to send back they would do it right away. My partner went back there took the skirt. THEY CHARGED ANOTHER 60. 110 TOTAL TO TAKE 10CM AND ADJUST MY WEDDING SKIRT. A TOTAL RIP OF and they forgot. No courtesy at all. All I can say is, they are nice and all but charge amounts that are not compatible with the service provided. I paid 110 for a service that it was 70. Service: Alterations
