    If I could leave zero stars i would! I booked my car in for a service and when I had not received any update on my car being ready for collection after 6.5hrs... I called up to check. I spoke to Zee who said my car was ready for collection. And when I queried how long had it been ready for as no one contacted me, he told me and I quote "I do not know... and I am too busy selling cars to check that... it's not my Job!"... and he followed up with "I've done you a favour In checking that your car is ready... do you want to collect it of Not!!!!" Then he hanged up the phone when I queried whether customer service was part of his Job as much as the service team?? Shocking service! I will make a formal complaint to their head office... but in the meantime, I thought it important that other customers know that this is NOT a good garage to use if you want any type of real customer care! I then went into the garage to collect my car, and I requested to speak to the manager whilst I was there. He told me he had just picked up my email of complaint, and will look into the matter. However, he interestingly made the following statement when i relayed the incident to him: "well, there is always 2 sides to a story"!!!! I told him very clearly - there is no 2 sides to basic customer service! - A very interesting response from a manager!
