WU18 YMS - Jonathan Browne Once again Marshall fail to deliver. My car went in for other works and upon my return I was informed the battery went flat after just 3 days and they had no clue why this had happened but informed me not to worry this is normal due to cold whether - I voiced my concerns that I have never had this problem with my Golf battery going flat due to cold whether in the last 6 years - The manager assured me he could not find a fault and sent me on my way - guess what ? my golf has been left over night for one night in cold whether and the battery is flat and instead of Marshall holding their hands up and making my life as easy as possible by the offer of a curtesy car and arrange collection of my car - NO CURTASY CAR NO COLLECTION - Marshall want me to drop my car that does not start to them for them to investigate the problem for up to a week for suspected flat battery that should have been investigated in the first place when they noticed this issue and leaving me with no car to get to work.

I bought a 3 year old a3 from coulsdon outlet of marshal Audi. The car had not gone through the checks that they said it had . I know this as I still had the blue tooth full of the previous owners phones as I had to cancel to be able to connect mine . Secondly the I had the car serviced a and m.o.t. at marshal Wimbledon and there I was ripped off . As the car failed because the back seat seat belt failed . And of coarse I had to buy a new part . But the only problem is that the car has only had people in the back seat twice since I Owen the car so more than likely it was not checked in the so called 140 checks . When I mentioned a scratch on the roof the day after I bought the car I was basically told I would have done it and the head of used sales was very dismissive and did not show much interest. I was also told at Wimbledon that they would have someone call me in the week after I had paid and told them the whole story and did I get that call . Of coarse not . I expected better from Audi this is my first Audi and possible my last because the after care is left wanting .
