Same Day Beers Ltd

I've been asking Primo for 3 weeks to uplift a faulty keg and to uplift items which have been delivered in error but yet still waiting. The customer service from primo has gone down hill.

Same day beers as long as it's ordered 1st thing, however to be closed most of the hours pubs are open is probably the most ridiculous thing ever.

Had to put 1 star as cant put review without it. Thought was bad other week when delivery driver despite saying after 3pm turned up at 13.26 and got clever saying wouldnt fetch it back.we went to order a keg as normal to be told wouldnt deliver that day as u cannot order if your not spending 250before vat plus no drivers for today to deliver to u. Stated drivers got pinged cant work a lie as we know double jabbed no longer isolating. Then basically told if you are a small place your custom isnt wanted by them after over 8 years wanting our money. Only big accounts can have a delivery. Said they would send us the email about rules of ordering changing err bit late shouldve been done for customers before you changed it. Rep will ring you as rep should have told you bit unrealistic when there is no rep as reps left they obviously dont liase very well in there offices. Joke of a company now. Customer service a joke and management are a disgrace changing things to suit themselves and not considering customer
