I contacted Katana on behalf of my elderly mum, on recommendation from my neighbours. My mums alarm system was over 20 years old and the installer was not locatable. The alarm was going off at random times. I assumed it was the battery but rang Katana, spoke to a very understanding, sympathetic colleague who booked my mum in for a visit the following day. The engineer who visited my mum was extremely friendly, respectful and thorough in his analysis of the issue, replaced the battery and gave the alarm box a good clean. He didnt put pressure on my mum to upgrade or buy a product she didnt need. As a result of the very considerate service and very reasonable price that my mum was charged, my husband and I are considering upgrading our alarm system with Katana in the very near future. In today's work place it is satisfying to employ such a business as Katana. They are always super polite and helpful. The service is excellent they are extremely knowledgeable and the price is very competitive. I can highly recommend this business
