If you're looking for polite service, you best not stop here. If you're looking to be served within an hour, again, best not stop here (and that's without a queue). I have seen these guys refuse Deliveroo drivers and ask them to cancel because they were 'too busy ' and there was only myself in line. They are incredibly slow to serve, work at a very soul-destroying pace and the meat is like rubber! If they listen correctly to your order the first time, it's a miracle. Last time I went in, she asked me four times what my sandwich was. Each time she asked, she continued to potter around doing something else then came back to me to ask again! It begs belief. Motor Fuel Group offered a very half-hearted apology so I hope my review influences any future customers instead.

Sullen rude service. No availability of wraps. One of the servers was talking on phone the whole time on headphones. No smiles. 2 Servers even treating each other rudely. Not a great experience.

Wouldn't serve me while I was in store because he had orders coming through on deliveroo and they take priority apparently..won't be buying from here again.
