The first time my lhasa has been here & it definitely won't be the last she looks & smells gorgeous & came out with a beautiful bow on Thankyou so much I would 100% recommend & I'll see you next time she's ready for a groom Will never go anywhere else xx

Due to a mix up from a friend I had booked my dog in with this parlour but was told the wrong address an a groomed elsewhere they just assumed they had wrote the booking in book a mistake made by a friend who gave me the details. Due to me being very confused I rang the the parlour after I recieved a text to ask if i was still coming and to say I had dropped my dog off whoever was on the end of the phone was vile arrogant and no customer service I could understand she had lost the 25 from my appointment an I explained the mix up but her attitude was disgusting glad I got given the wrong address as wouldnt want her to groom my pet with the manners she had didnt deserve the money if wants be disgusting to customers, even after I apologised and explained what had happened her attitdue was rude and horrid.On further discussion with my friend she said she was the one who made the mistake and said she was sorry I had taken an earful over the confusion she gave me the wrong number from her phone. she only took her dog there once and her dog couldn't wait to leave and coward away from the woman and he wasn't happy at all and she wouldn't ever take her dog back again when she was asked via call a few weeks later if she was rebooking she said no thankyou and the woman stated O ITS LIKE THAT IS IT And put the phone down on my friend. Sorry but customers don't need treating in such a manner word of mouth is what makes people come and sometimes mistakes happen but business owners shouldn't treat people in that way if they want to keep people coming back or services recommended if she treats people in a vile manner how is she treating pets that are into be groomed. My apologies again for the confusion but the attitude recieved wasn't called for at all over a mistake maken by someone else.
