Ricky was great throughout the process and blew me away after Id experienced terrible service by an overstretched advisor working within an estate agents. Ricky is quick to respond, not shy to answer the phone or even call you with updates, and is overall a pleasant guy. He even kept an eye on the market, securing me a better deal just 2 weeks before completion. I dont hesitate in recommending Ricky and dont have anything negative to say - if you want a personalised and responsive service choose Far & Wide Mortgages and stay away from the poor service often offered from mortgage advisors working within estate agents as their service was overstretched and stressful.
