Global Escape Rooms

Was an alright escape room 2 of us did the bank heist. Part of second puzzle had a broken section which looked as though it was part of the game seeing as we were given tools we were told we would need. This panel came detached when we put the code in, nearly hitting a player on the head had they not caught it. Had loose wires when panel came down, we then used the tools we were told we would need, causing the other player to receive a painful electric shock. Asked for a clue and was told you werent meant to do that. Any part of the room not meant for player interaction should be made in a way that easily preventable injuries like these should not have happened. A couple of simple screws would have easily prevented this but the set up looked cheap and thrown together quickly as opposed to other escape rooms we have done in the past where we have had no issues whatsoever. The host did not seem bothered about being there, didnt introduce himself etc. Overall not a good experience and wont be returning.

Hello All, do not use this escape room we have been trying to get in touch for over 2 months to either redeem our voucher or get our money back no one is responding i think they have done a runner or just plain ignorant either way do not trust global escape rooms also if management are reading this can someone have the decency to get in touch this experience was bought as a present i fully understand the circumstances we are all in but i would appreciate some form of communication!!!!!

What wasted day, staff didn't know what they was doing, the first be part of the room was faulty so although you had solved it the padlocks was broken, and the second part had not been reset from last players so it was already complete. A very unprofessional set-up bthe other reviews must be fake. Will be getting a refund.
