Falling over themselves to be helpful one minute. Then. being overly bureaucratic , time and money wasting thereby putting my future health at risk. Disgusting!!

Rubbish service yet another wasted only need blood test have waited 45 mins today and walked out and the other day wasted n hr n so many in front. Cant cope sat there waiting for them t condiscent t see me. Receptionist think they own the place can't get in t see doctor. Absolutely gone t pot. This what our for fathers fought for.

The system at this place is this: Me: "Can I get an appointment?" Rude receptionist: "no we don't have any today call back at 8am tomorrow" Me: "oh I don't need an emergency appointment it's ok to just book me in for a few weeks time" Rude receptionist: "we don't do that here I'm afraid, as I've told you already you have to ring at 8." Me: "I've done this many times and the success rate of getting an appointment if continually ringing is about 20 percent and very frustrating." Rude receptionist: says something rude. Me: Give up and suffer for months until I get the energy needed to try their stupid system and hope I'm lucky enough to press dial at the exact right time I need to. If I make it that far alive......

This GP practice is great for dole wallers & the elderly who have nothing better to do all day but to wait in a GP's surgery!! The reception staff are rude & unhelpful & make you feel as though you're wasting their time, I do not like to be spoken to as though I'm a child! Clean your act up Crown Street Surgery because since Covid the world has gone to s**t!!!!
