Dr Riaz has been absolutely fantastic I moved surgeries 3 years ago and feel like myself and my children are in good hands they follow things up right away and never struggle with appointments

I do not understand what kind of Dr.are in this GP. When the Dr.she wasn't able diagnose by eye my 12 year old son got very bad Onychogryphosis and give him a propely treatment .The answer after fungi nail result was he doesn't have nail infection.He got green nail like 60 years old manbut everything is ok and if Im not happy about it I can ring for another appointment

I am taking this further as i was discriminated about my disability by a receptionist, who insisted i remove my hearing aids to wear a face mask or i will not be seen by the doctor!! There was people in the waiting room who had no mask on and how ironic the receptionist had no mask either! I have photographic evidence and a witness from the waiting area and i am taking this further! Also a lady came in after me, no mask and was never told to put one on, i do have video and photo evidence but i am not going to put the photos here as i wouldn't like to breach privacy!

Getting told conflicting things from the reception and the nurse who spoke to me on the phone, 0 understanding and compassion, something you'd think a trained nurse would have.
