Max Spielmann

Great service from Gail today at Max Spielman. I needed some photos printing for a small project I am undertaking. She explained the different sizes of photos and showed me examples. I selected the photos I needed from my gallery, and then she did the rest. She also made some suggestions regarding some other photos. They were printed off in no time and the price was very good. Gail was very friendly, professional and had a welcoming smile. I would shop at Max Spielmann, Swinton again.

I popped into your shop on Wednesday as they were closing. The shop assistant Gail in there is lovely and is always ready to help everyone with a big smile and she really cant do enough for people. Shes the reason I dont use 1 closer to me and will travel to her shop. I was upset to hear a customer having a go at her but she handled it lovely and gave her a refund even though the customer was very angry and then the customer accused Gail of being angry with her which she certainly wasnt. Well done for hiring a fantastic staff member!

We went into the Swinton store yesterday to get some prints done for Christmas and the woman behind the counter couldn't have been less helpful if she'd tried. She basically answered every query from multiple customers with the same answer of "I'm sorry it's Christmas week so we're too busy" and literally didn't serve a single customer. We went to Middlebrook instead who said they can get the prints done within 48 hours.
