Contacted Rapport about remortgaging and Bradley Cunningham was my advisor. Just one visit to their office followed by couple of documents sent by email and all was done. Bradley was very helpful when dealing with conveyancing solicitors even after his part of the process was finished. Highly recommend Rapport and specifically Dan Lamb. As a first time buyer he made the unknown simple, was proactive with getting the best offers for my circumstances and genuinely cared about what would be best for me. Even though I didnt go through with it (through no fault of Rapport) I will definitely be coming back to use them and Dan again when the time is right.

Excellent service securing two mortgages for overseas workers. That alone makes securing a sterling mortgage tricker.Julie Howells is a hard working, patient broker who assisted with both first time mortgages. Exceptional and highly recommended.

I can't recommend Rapport enough if you need a mortgage advisor. I worked with Dan who couldn't do enough to help me. He took the time to explain everything to me and answered all my questions. He went above and beyond; even helping liaise between the building society and my solicitors to help me. It can be such a stressful experience buying a house but Dan took the stress away. Highly recommend Dan and the team at Rapport.
