Placed an order. Chased over 3 different emails. Ignored emails and no dispatch reference. Seriously poor customer service. Having to take it up with the bank for refunds now. Update- Seems like they're scammers. Bank have issued refund.

My son didnt receive his parcel, tried to contact them no response. Put a comment on their fb page saying theyre scammers, the guy rung me from his number giving me loads of abuse telling me I have to prove Ive emailed to ask why the order hasnt arrived, absolutely disgustingAVOID!
