The engineer, a pleasant, respectful man arrived, though over 5 hours late without informing me he would be delayed. He then leave briefly to buy a battery for his meter. He could not repair the boiler's fault so he phoned a friend. Because he was so late arriving it was by then too late to buy the parts needed and, being Friday night, nothing more could be done until the following Monday. I promptly paid the 75 charge. His boss said he would phone me first thing Monday morning with an estimate of the cost. It is now Tuesday evening and I have heard nothing more. I think what really disappoints me is that this company seems perfectly happy to leave their customer with no source of heating or of hot water. Though I am elderly, it is fortunate I am in good health because the weather became quite cold over the weekend. It is a shame also because they seemed to be utterly trustworthy.

was waiting all day for an engineer to show up... failed to turn up... now not answering the phone ..... pathetic !!!

Needed someone to sort my heating as its freezing and my hot water & radiators wernt working - I put my request through local heros at 10pm and my job was accepted and sorted soon after! In the morning the company called and sorted a time suitable for me. The engineer was super helpful and willing to help and answer any questions I had! Great service!

Absolute frauds... Marc Royle .. Hope you are Happy stealing money from a customer..... 90.00 call out charge !!! .... how they are on local heroes is a joke; and they really should be investigated..... cowboys of a company....Avoid them
