YOU CAN NOT GET A REFUND IF OVERCHARGED. Advise not to use a credit/debit card in this shop. Was charged 20 instead of 10. Showed them that my account details didnt match the till receipt. Said they couldnt do anything about it. Gave me a number to ring but nobody answers. Tantamount to theft. Im seeking advice to get my money back.

My dog was banned from the shop when the lead I have can't be tied up! she can't leave my side she gets scared and only trusts me! So many other dogs are alloud to roam no one has a problem with Dekota I just have her closey by side when picking up the odd bits. except one woman who does who works there in her mid 50s. I'm very quick she dosent do any harm at all she just stays by my side and says hello to everyone outside the shop not a problem think it's very sly !! Many other people bring there dogs in to the shop then to the till so I think it's completely unfair. Luke is a legand some of the staff are amazing too good for that place tbh. Managers seen Dekota with me loads of times and dosent say anything just high how's your day. All other shops don't mind her coming in. Really unhappy with this so now any mistakes of other dogs being In I will record for evidence. Why complain about my dog when there's so many other people doing it.. #notfair #illmakeitright I could complain about such terrible prices or selling items months out of date.

Absolutely sick to death of asking to stock fresh usable milk. You can go in today and buy milk a day past its date. I am aware I should check before I buy but you have employees this has persisted for a number of years. Resulting in me mistakenly feeding it to my child and making her unwell. Vomit and diarrhoea for 24 hours. That was my fault granted I should check but since then and after making the owner aware. It still persists. I bought milk again tonight but was off and stinking. Stock rotation isn't hard as I said to the employee there who said the milk is ordered by the owner.
