Justin has been fantastic throughout the entire process. I hadn't applied for planning before and neither had I had an extension designed but Justin was patient and made it effortless, explaining every step of the way. His design looked great and worked practically, throwing in some of his own suggestions on how the space could be improved. I've said it to him already, but thank you Justin so much for all your time and effort with this project and I hope you can call in once it is built to see the result.
