I have been working with Monaghan's for the past nineteen months to help me maintain the four sites I have in Bolton (61 flats in total including communal areas). In all that time, and with the multitude of jobs that I have raised with them, I do not have a single bad word to say. They get the work done quickly and to a high standard and even when they are really busy with other jobs, they will somehow fit the work I raise in to get it done immediately if needed, or within a couple of days at the very most if it is not urgent. Their operatives go way above and beyond in terms of the work we pay them for, including telling me about repairs issues, fire safety and health and safety concerns, to keep everyone safe. They are great with our vulnerable tenants, who enjoy talking to them, and if they see an issue when they're on a job which poses a risk, they will address it as a courtesy. Working with them has made my job so much easier, and it's been a pleasure to know each of them.

Our company has a cleaning contract with Monaghans and we have always been impressed. Jimmy, Clive, and Paul are always happy to help and will go above and beyond to ensure good service. Monaghans will always fit us in as quickly as possible and are conscious to get our feedback on their work once it's been completed, to see if there's any more that needs to be done. Whenever we have had issues such as work not being completed to standard, we have highlighted this with Jimmy and it has been rectified as soon as possible. Very impressed.
