Contacted RSR communications for some guidance following an error made by Sky in cancelling my elderly fathers landline and broadband. Desperately needed to ensure the landline number was retained. Bob at RSR spent half an hour explaining my options and was able to check the exact status of the line and give more of an indication as to what Sky had done in error. After discussing further with Sky and providing them the further info I was able to give them, they were able to then retrieve the number and start the process of reactivating the services. Had they not I would have requested for RSR to retrieve the landline and services myself. Cant speak highly enough of the service from RSR and the genuine attempts by them to get the best outcome for me, even though it didnt ultimately result in requiring their services on this occasion. Would 100% recommend - Fantastic service

I first came across the name of this company through a BT forum. My current provider asked me to cancel my previous provider. Little did I know even after assurance my BT landline was completely dead after having this for more than 30 years. I then filled in a call back request form on the website. I received a lovely call from Bob. A amazing genius is all I can say. He kindly performed a really quick test to see if my landline number can be brought back in seconds. He advised me that's its actually possible. To my surprise Bob worked his magic and in 24 hours I got my landline back. This is something my current provider said is impossible. I highly recommend this company. They are 100% legit and a family run business. I wish everyone in the company all the best and once again thank you to all involved.

I came across the name of this company through my current broadband and landline provider. My current provider and my previous provider seemed to be playing cat and mouse with my landline number and porting it over. I was told this was a seamless transition and I had nothing to worry about. I have had this landline number close to 30 years now and both providers were now saying it's impossible after 4 months. Through my numerous conversations (and rants) with my current provider, they directed me to RSR and I got to converse with Bob and his colleagues. From herein my experience has been excellent, something that other companies can learn from. Bob guided me through the process via a conversation and the problem has been resolved within a matter of weeks. I am in awe of the service they have provided and I cannot recommend them highly enough. They provided responses and prompt actions and I wish everyone in the company all the best and once again thank you to all involved.
