Horrendous attitude from employees at this station. Woman who answered started accusing us of being sarcastic & using their minute power to belittle us and refuse to assist when were actually being pleasant and just trying to find information out which has been withheld from us for 4 weeks. Then said woman began to talk amongst her colleagues about the phone call she just had as well as making comments about us personally, whilst not having at least one brain cell to actually hang the call up. Not sure where you hire these people but they need training in customer service and respect. At the end of the day people are innocent until proven guilty and do not deserve the disgusting attitude unprovoked from people working in these police stations. Have some respect for yourself and others and conduct yourself like a normal human.
