Alex really knows his stuff. Couldnt have ran my first marathon without his help and suggestions to heal and strengthen my knees. All staff super friendly. Couldnt recommend this place more!

I have been to Alex for various injuries, niggles and general maintenance, and cannot recommend him highly enough. He has resolved certain long-standing issues that I have had, when multiple other physios/health professionals failed to do so, and got me moving well and pain-free again, something I am eternally grateful for. His knowledge, application and manner are all excellent, but what really speaks volumes about Alex is his willingness to educate his clients, so that they can manage and resolve issues themselves where possible. In this respect, I would not hesitate in recommending him to anyone requiring treatment, or even general maintenance to pre-empt and avoid injury.

Three generations of my family and my partner now go to Physio Focus and I recommend Alex to everyone. From our various issues with our backs to me getting acupuncture during IVF treatment and my resulting pregnancy, he's helped us all every time and there's nobody else myself, partner or family would trust. Friendly, approachable and fairly priced, I 100% recommend Physio Focus, if you're thinking about booking just do it, you won't regret it

Alex was recommended to me by a friend after I sustained a back injury. From the minute I walked in I was made to feel at ease. I had the initial assessment and a treatment program was arranged, which included personalised exercises via an app ,which also had videos on showing how to correctly do them which was useful. These were updated partway through my treatment to help aid the recovery and strengthening of my back.. The whole experience has been second to none, I cannot fault Alex and his magic hands. I also have to give Helen a mention. There is always a big beaming smile when you walk in, and a good chat while waiting for your appointment. Very welcoming. Overall, I cannot recommend Physio Focus enough, Alex and Helen are fabulous . Thank you for fixing me .
