Surprised at some of the other reviews. I had a problem with a door to a wood-burning stove from DG. It required the old one to be removed and new hinges and a replacement door hung. The team were helpful on the phone with instructions and sending additional spare parts to me, including some further replacements after some superficial paint damage in the post

Just awful! Fires beautiful at first like all the glossy pictures. They just do not last though and the customer service from the U.K. business is awful! Hard to get the fires serviced as no list of DRU engineers and Dru refer you to the dealers who just want to sell the fires! This has been the worst experience ever for me! Paid 4000 for a top of the range fire and have spent 1000 on repairs. DRU not interested in the fact that it has hardly worked and Ive spent 5000 so far. Just blaming everything but their fires. Sadly I think they are not keeping up the original good name of Drugasar in the Netherlands who DO seem to care about their customers. Just seems to be ONE person in the Manchester office who could not care less( This is not just my experience but many others have given up trying to get anywhere)

I want to award zero stars, Drugasar fitted a gas boiler and the gas pipe was not wide enough, I found proper engineers to replace the pipe with the correct size.
