10/10 Juice, best flavours of any brand all-round. You've earned a loyal customer back from when you first launched (I remember being excited about recieving your wooden box package with stickers etc!). Have been using Zap! on and off since 2016-17 and they've got the most reliable range of flavours and juices from any brand out there. look no further these guys have perfected their game, and their Aisu range is superb too! You always get what it says on the tin, and sometimes even better! Keep doing you Zap! ps. The only brand that has good and actual Peach Ice Tea!

I have not received the order from July 1, 2021 yet, and we already have March 2022. I like liquids zap juice very much, but one whistle should be given for approaching the customer. Ignoring and unwillingness to solve the problem and get out of the situation. So far I don't have my package.

Ordered from Zap three times now, twice unfortunately Royal Mail have had delays or have lost my order. Thankfully on both occasions Emma in the customer support team ensured I was well looked after, kept me updated and promptly resolved my issue. Thank you again Emma, a real credit to the team. I will definitely be a returning customer thanks to your efforts.
