Keiran explained what Centurian would do and the details of how it would be managed. He arranged for:
1 An independent assessor to determine the damage and the losses and prepare a schedule of remedial works.
2 ServiceMaster to document and dispose of all the damaged items from the fire.
3 Managed the discussion with the insurance company and their Loss Adjuster.
4 Appointed a builder to demolish and rebuild the damaged garage and restore the electrical supply to the home.
5 Arranged initial cleaning to reduce the impact of smoke in the home.
The remedial work was undertaken within the anticipated timescale and we were very happy with the tradesmen that carried out the work and the high standard of their work. They were polite, clean workers and kept us informed. They respected our feelings and worked in a co-operative manner. We were very pleased with the end result that followed from a disastrous fire.
A fire in the home is an emotional time and we felt stressed but with the help of Keiran and the team of builders we were supported throughout the process.
We would thoroughly recommend Centurian Claims Management to others.
