        Absolutely amazing taxi company, nice drivers that are up for a lovely chat to make up feel comfortable, quick service, accepts cards payments with no issues unlike 1010 taxis...... I fully recommend this taxi company if you want to travel.... Shoutout to my favourite taxi driver .... Wajid Absolutely kind and well mannered office staff

        DISGUSTING SERVICE! AVOID! Booked a taxi via the app from the Parklife pickup point to our hotel 15 mins away. Booking confirmed on app then when I rang at pick up time to check it was coming they told me I would have to walk to another location which was 1 HOUR AWAY!!! I told the man on the phone that I should have been told if my booking was not available instead of it being confirmed and his words were you booked it on the app, who did you expect to tell you? I had to kindly remind him that I had entered my mobile number into the app and another taxi company had rang me following a booking to inform me that they were not picking up. His tone of voice was very rude and not at all understanding. I would never in a million years book a a taxi with this company as they obviously do not take any care or responsiliry towards their customers!
