        Dreadful grooming experience at Rosie's Hounds At Heart, Swinfen, Lichfield. Uneven cut of dogs fur (Not noticed initially), had to drive all the way back to Swinfen for it to be corrected and it's still not really right now either. No apologies whatsoever from staff or "Business Owner". "Business Owner" (as they kept referring to themselves as) refused to give their actual name when I asked for it. I expect better customer service and grooming for 45 so will not be returning or recommending this "Professional" Lichfield dog grooming company at all.
