The product I received is as shown at the show in Birmingham however, customer services is shocking. I have tried to contact 'Chris' via email on numerous occasions regarding a receipt for my insurance company. Not only has he never replied, but I have received no receipt. Also, the phone number is a premium number and therefore I am unable to call from my mobile hence the emails. Really disappointed.

Ordered at the cycle show in birmingham. Very pleased. Prescription is perfect, and good clear vision. Love that if I scratch the front it's a cheap cover replacement rather than needing new lens. Reading previous review have looked over the design carefully. They are well made and robust. Delivery was prompt. Great price and very stylish cycling glasses, would certainly recommend.

I'd love to be able to give these a higher rating, having met them at the NEC Bike Show and receiving such good advice and friendly service. Thereafter, its been bad. Expected a delay on the glasses post that show which there duly was (3wks) but when they arrived, the lenses were incorrect. Sent back at cost to me, and they claimed manufacturing error and sent replacements - over 1wk later. No refund for my costs. Bearing in mind how little I'd worn the glasses between Oct & Mar with snow, dark nights and a broken hand, I'd worn the glasses maybe 30x and then noticed a crack in glasses frame. Emailed them with photos. They said "send them back" - another 8 for me. 1.5wks later, no glasses. Check tracking. Delivery attempted but no one there. Card left. No one collected. Email them to chase. No answer. 1wk later again, glasses still not collected. Can't redirect delivery myself as says the parcel will be returned to sender v shortly. Email Eyepod. Call Eyepod. Eventually they collect glasses before I they were physically sent back to me. If that had happened, I'd be faced with more delay and more postage costs. Still no replacement glasses half a week later. Call them. "Yeah, we'll get down the unit at the weekend". Say it's nearly been a month since I sent glasses back. No apology, no rush. Eventually got replacements today. All in all, nice guys. No idea about customer service. I'd argue inferior/cheap product given gentle usage broke a frame in 30 or so wears (no crashes, kept in case). I really wanted to believe in these guys but compared to RxSport near Stamford who retro fitted a pair of Rudy Project with prescription lenses with excellence, attention and yes, more money, then these lovely guys are letting themselves down. Update 2021: not only have I had the clear lens crack, but since I first left the review 2yrs ago, the clip in insert has lost its clipping in ability (can still get to work though) and now an arm on the glasses keeps falling off. It just reinforces my opinion that this product is inferior. Meanwhile my 10yr old+ Rudy Projects just keep on working fine.
