Bad experience ordering online. I ordered 2 of each style of jellycat festive folly (gingerbread man, xmas pudding, snowman) for tree decorations next Christmas as they had sold out in my local stores. 10 days after placing the order I emailed to ask if they had been dispatched and was told the xmas puddings were no longer in stock so I could either have 3 each of the other 2 styles or cancel the order. I went for the option of 3 each of the other styles. What then arrived was 3 snowmen festive folly but only 2 gingerbread men festive folly and one larger version of a gingerbread man, not suitable as a tree decoration, therefore not wanted. I emailed to ask if this had been done in error, or if it meant they had also now run out of the gingerbread men festive follys and never received a response. So essentially my order kept getting further removed from what I originally ordered and wanted and they kept full payment and didnt acknowledge my query about being sent the wrong item. (Minor, but they also charged 5.95 postage but used basic royal mail 2nd class service costing 2.85).

Very overpriced and felt staff looked down on you when asking what the prices were seen as a lot of things didn't have prices on. Thought the shop would be quiet big but its so tiny. Won't be returning.

I absolutely adore Frankie Doodles shop! Id be in there for hours if I went there! I just wanted to leave a review for the gorgeous items Ive purchased and had gifted to me. I had the gorgeous cosy wooden sign! Such a well made strong and heavy wooden sign! Perfect for all types of home decor! I got the 3 set of love vases/pots and bunch of long candles which I absolutely love. They were well packaged, good delivery time and reasonably priced Id definitely use Frankie doodle again xxx

Well worth a visit to this store it is full of beautiful accessories for your home and lovely gifts for every occasion the staff are also very friendly and helpful
