        Disappointing service from a local amenity. Reluctant to take postage paid parcels as complains that it reduces their transaction fee. Surely some fee is better than none?? Customer service is non-existent and now none of my staff are prepared to drop off parcels due to the rudeness of the proprietor. As a result we will not use them again and they will receive no fee at all!!!
