        We've used this business since before the pandemic and normally staff are pleasant. However on Saturday morning (4/2/2023) there was nobody in the shop serving. After about 10 minutes, I went to the side door which was open to look at the rabbits, which on a previous occasion, we had been encouraged to do by the staff member. I was greeted by a lady who abruptly told me I was not allowed there for safety reasons.Her attitude during our whole visit was pathetic and when asked about lack of cauliflowers, her response was abrupt. This lady clearly needs some urgent customer service training. However, sadly after giving our custom for nearly 4 years, we won't be back.
