Dean and his team were fantastic They sorted out all my stock and catorgorised it Quality checked everything and got me up and running in no time. I cannot thank them enough for their advice and for taking over my fulfilment and pick and pack operation that had become too big for me to handle. As a relatively new start-up in a niche market it is imperative to us that our fulfilment service is as near perfect as possible. Omnichannel Fulfilment have done this for us for almost two years and have supported us in these tough, Covid times. Their clean warehouse and attentive staff are wonderful but so is their business advice. Thank you so much!

We used this company for 2 years for e-commerce fulfilment. During that time we suffered from constant mis-picks and the wrong product sent to the wrong customers. OCF rarely retrieved our goods and it cost us a lot of money. They have no procedure for accepting returns and most were simply lost, despite the customers providing proof of delivery. It could take well over a week for goods to be booked in. Orders were frequently not processed for several days and late deliveries have jeopardised our Amazon seller status. The bottom line is that they do not have the processes and procedures in place to run the business successfully. Whilst they might be OK if you have a small business with few products, they will not be able to deal with growth and there are many less expensive options available. The only good thing about OCF is that they use Mintsoft, which works well.
