        The customer service I received from Tahnia was outstanding, she went out of her way to help me find the very best car within my budget and it was exactly what I was looking for. I am so pleased and will definitely be recommending Waylands Volvo and especially Tahnia to all my friends & family.

        Whilst I havent had a problem with Waylands Swindon before, I brought my car in for servicing and when booking I was told It was a short service and I could wait, so I wouldnt need a courtesy car. Dropping it off they then told me it will be 2.5 hours! Not the short service - I was required to wait as I hadnt arranged to be picked up. Given that I work, it is extremely inconvenient. Additionally, the parking signage is misleading, leading you to a drive which is blocked - it is not behind BP, it is before BP - take note!
